We at Milat Foundation know that you care how personal data about you is shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. We ensure that your personal information is considered and kept highly confidential. We do not share or transfer any such information to any third parties be it an individual or institution.
Your personal information is used for the sole purpose of supporting our work and/or processing your application and is deleted from our database if it is not approved. The same applies to our other initiatives where personal information is collected.

We fully understand that you have entrusted us with your contributions as well as your personal and financial data. We recognize fully that our relationship is based on trust and we pledge to act responsibly and in your best interest. We strive to maintain the highest standards in safekeeping and use of your information.

Donor Privacy Policy

The Milat Foundation observes strict confidentiality regarding donor identity and donations. All donor data, donation amounts, and other personal information such as street address and email address are maintained under diligent control of the Director, the management staff of TMF, and any other TMF personnel expressly authorized by you. We do not share, sell or otherwise distribute our donor information to any third party.
All online donations to TMF are safe and secure. TMF uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of personal information and the security of all transactions. We also collect (but do not retain) credit card numbers that are processed by a reputable third-party payment vendor subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards such as PayPal or a similar service.
